PRE-SALE ACCESS CODE & LINK FOR THE JADE UK & IE TOUR 2025

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To access the exclusive ticket pre-sale for Jade's performances in the UK and Ireland, you must pre-order ‘THAT'S SHOWBIZ BABY!’ in any format from the Jade Store and / or submit your email address via the online form: NPN FORM by 5 PM BST on Tuesday May 20th 2025.

No purchase is necessary. The ticket code will give you access to buy tickets to the Show(s) in accordance with these terms. Codes DO NOT guarantee tickets.
You will receive your ticket code via email on Tuesday May 20th by 7 PM GMT, along with a link to the ticket provider’s website HERE where you can redeem the ticket code to purchase tickets once the ticket sale window opens, subject to availability. We do not accept responsibility if the email we send to the address you provided does not reach you for any reason beyond our reasonable control, including where the email is flagged as spam.

A limited number of tickets will be available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets will not be available for purchase on general sale. The ticket code gives you access to the ticket sale window only and is not a guarantee that you will be able to purchase tickets to the Show(s). All tickets are subject to availability.

Ticket pre-sale details:

Pre-order window closes: Tuesday, May 20th by @5pm BST

Send unique codes out: Tuesday, May 20th by @7pm BST

Tour pre-sale: Wednesday, May 21st @ 10am BST

On-sale: Friday, May 23rd @ 10am BST

A maximum of 4 tickets may be purchased per code.

Key Terms for Pre-sale Access:

Ticket codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged. Codes are non-transferable, case-sensitive, and available for one-time use only.
To receive pre-sale access, you must have pre-ordered ‘ THAT'S SHOWBIZ BABY!’ in any format from the Jade Store, or submitted your email address via the online form: NPN FORM by 5 PM BST on Tuesday May 20th. No purchase is necessary.
If you haven't received your pre-sale email on Tuesday May 20th by 8 PM BST, first check your spam/junk folder. For further assistance, please contact: Jadeticketpresale@bsimerch.com

The ticket code can only be subject to the terms and conditions applicable at the time of the ticket purchase. Shows may be age-restricted—please check with the ticket provider directly for more information. We are not the ticket provider and cannot be responsible for any issues with the purchase or use of tickets. BSI Merch is not liable for issues with any ticket purchase from third-party providers. For any issues regarding ticket purchases, please contact the relevant ticket provider.

Ticket Informations, Purchase Limits and Restrictions:

Maximum of 4 tickets per code.
Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Given the high demand, tickets are not guaranteed.
Ticket pre-sale begins on Wednesday, May 21st @ 10am and general sale begins on Friday, May 23rd @ 10am.
Ticket codes are valid only for specific dates and locations and cannot be transferred. You will not receive additional access codes for placing multiple orders.

Ticket Provider:

Tickets will be available for purchase via Ticketmaster beginning on Wednesday May 21st. We recommend opening a Ticketmaster account and signing in ahead of the pre-sale to expedite the process. If you do not already have a Ticketmaster account, you can create one here: https://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/ 

Accessible Tickets:

Accessible ticketing options are available for each event from the venue direct. Please check with the relevant venue for more details on how to book accessible tickets for the specific show you're attending.

By pre-ordering ‘ THAT'S SHOWBIZ BABY!’ or by registering to receive a ticket code, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Any personal data you provide when registering to receive a ticket code will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which you can read here.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
